I would say go to Microsoft and download the Vista Advisor program and run it. It will check and tell you what will and what wont work. I suspect you Nvd GeForce may not be supported just based on all those who are having issues with Nvidia and Vista.

Personnaly, I wont install it yet on anything I use daily.

I think there is a Vista Basic Version that will work with your 32 bit processor, personally I'd rather stick with Windows XP Professional a more stable operating system, til Vista comes into full force with the Dual Core Processors

i'd say you need at least 2 GB of RAM to run vista comfortably.

vista will work but install more memory., around 2gb or more for better performance
