You are a leader when you allow yourself to dream, and tell everybody about it. You will get faces telling you:"Are you crazy"
but you ask yourself why people don't think that this is possible and you become determined to prove them that what ever your dream is, it is possible.
Consequently, you start working on your dream to make it a living reality. soon you realize that it wasn't an easy thing to do, but you still believe it is possible and that you can do it.
You must admit that you've realized that you've signed up for something harder that you've expected.
Here it is the point when you become a leader when you've realized that when things get hard and they require a lot of work, the rest of the world will quit and only few will endure this journey.
Now you happy that you've discovered something new.
You know that this will make you a winner every time things get difficult.
people who have observed or hear about you, now they will listen to you.
if someone new comes in, don't worried everybody else will tell him about you, about who you are. you are a LEADER.

In the essences I'm a servant, of God, in the physical word that make me your servant, I can be a leader if i have someone to leade, in my own way, and of course I can follow whom ever I want to, and for now I will continue following God, at least until you can tell me what do you need, a leader or a follower. Of course not to interfered with my purpose in life, you will be also required to tell me, when?, why? how? and where?, "I think there for, I'm"

I used to be more of a follower in life.But when I gained some much need confidence,I can call myself a leader.

for now I am fine with following , but If other followers ,call on me to take the position of leader. I will have to step up and lead.
a true leader dose not seek leadership , leadership seeks him/her.

to ba good leader u must first be a good follower...im both.i follow rules that i created....that came out weird...

you must be both to be a good wadeva. one alone is definately not enough. you could be very sure bout' that.
