If u take into consideration the shoot outs in the schools over the years I suppose violence loses hands down and since it's a major contributor showing how to attack and how there are fights the way the television potrays violence is wat is causing more unhealthy and unstable minds. Nudity isn't good either as all human beings r not born with saner minds we all have some or the other discrepancies people who are sexually hyper and alone or with some genetically imbalanced mind set will react to nudity and go after some innocent childrens to molest molestation is in itself a very very destructive crime which affect the victim in many ways then the visual harm a blow to ur body can heal in time but a blow to ur mental status never really heals. It's a long term effect which I catagorise in long term crime.
I'd wud say both shud be banned instead there shud be a child lock on the TV sets or the time of showcasing must be changed but still it's no good at time it's sad.
To some extent milder version of nudity is preferable...showing the body of an actor changing or having a bath etc... but more intimate scenes will surely be a problem. Kids now a days are not ignorant and as the new generations come in they r all the more alert and brilliant.
If I was given a choice I'd surely set all the channels to something like discovery channels Travel and Living ,Educational channels perhaps and cartoon networks also some programs which are really funny maybe like the old old series Small Wonder.....Nudity if on a very very moderate basis , not stimulates sex hen it shud probably be ok and acceptable.
Violence is strictly a no no for young kids. I love action movies myself but then I think I have a sane mind which makes me realise wats right and wats wrong. That is something which no can really be sure of if the other individual standing besides me will truly have.

personally I think nudity is way more palatable than violence so why not dump all the killing and gratuitious violence on TV and replace it with people enjoying being naked. No not having sex but just being themselves without clothes.
Heck maybe even in everyday life we should all spend more time naked and less time beatign each other up or hating each other. After all, it's hard to fight a war if all your privates are in fill view - hehe.

Yes...I have never understood our attitude toward nudity. As long as it is a celebration of the human form (such as in great art) and not a cheap attempt to stimulate or to show any disrespect for human emotions, nudity in television would be far preferable to the increasing violence that serves only to numb our sympathetic response to human suffering.

I would pick nudity. I might ask that it comes on later at night, past prime time, so at least some of the kids are already asleep. But still, nudity doesn't offend me, it's part of life. For that matter, it /is/ life. If it's just casual nudity and not sex I don't mind at all.

the real situation isn't all violence and crime, yet vulgarity. this is because of the fact of loss of protest. mum and dad decrease back on your day could have flipped in the event that they observed the type of language, violence and racism that our infants view as we communicate and settle for it as everyday. it somewhat is taken into consideration one of those issues that only evolve someway. because of the fact the generations superior, extra toleration for vulgarity and violence formed and that they only exceeded it directly to the subsequent era. At this fee i could actually hate to make certain the time-honored and regulations for television, movies, and song contained sooner or later. it may desire to be toleration of nudity. celebs tutor too lots epidermis for the kiddies those days because it somewhat is

It is odd how in america parents let their kids see movies "as long as there is no nudity". I find violence on tv way more disturbing. Almost anything goes in violence on broadcast tv.

No.
I like violence, it's entertaining. And funny.
Men are the ones who would love to see more boobs, not I. I think it's gross.
