I'm not sure. Men and women can have equal rights, women do have to fight for them, but as far as physical burdens go, women have to have a cycle and have to worry about pregnancy, although, so do men. Women have a choice to continue the pregnancy, while men, don't really have a say. If a man doesn't want to get pregnant and 'knocks up' a woman and she chooses not to abort, he has to pay child support, but if she doesn't want the kid, she can choose to abort!
I think I'd rather have the abortion and the control than the penis. Besides, men are so much more attractive. If I were man, I'd have to be gay and then I'd have to deal with a whole new lot of problems!
And, when emotions and expressing yourself comes into play, men have more of a problem. They can't express much without being '*******'.
Equal rights, sexism and feminism have to do with both sexes, 'men's rights' is my kind of feminism, but run by men. Really, I'm a woman, I deal with that. Starting over again, in this world, I choose heterosexualilty, so I ask my husband, if he wants to be a man, I'll be a woman or the other way around. Homosexuality isn't acceptable yet. That should be the real question, choose homo or hetero! :D

In India definitly a Woman!!
1. A woman tells something she is blindly trusted!
2. If she shouts Rape!! The man nearest is convicted even if he is innocent.
3. If she marrys and then realises she wants to have fun with someone else and so plans ot dump the marriage she can take off with a life time fortune from that poor man and his family
4. If she intends she get a whole corporate on their knees and make a fortune just by suing aginst a false Sexual Harrasment.
5. A girl brought up equal, educated equally to men, given jobs at par to men - but when the Govt taxes men are taxed more heavier than women.
Guys who intend to make a life time fortune - get your sex changed to a woman and keep alternatively victimising a Man and a Corporate - you could be the richest in the world.

A man. Society favours a man; men are paid more for the same jobs as women; men are more liked (if there is a group or people, they will chose a man as their leader, rather than a woman, and women will chose the man, too), they do not have painful periods every month; they are not considered guilty is they had a lot of women (if a woman had a lot of men, she is a ****), or dropped their children (if a woman abandons their children, she is a criminal). There is not a thing a man can't do to be held guilty or bad, short of a murder.
Here is an example for you: we once talked about a man with a poor personal hygiene, and one man said: "His mother is to blame, why didn't he taught him", and a woman said: "Or a father. What about the father, shouldn't he taught his children personal hygiene?" Everybody stared.
Men can do whatever, they will never be bad.

From the attention that women receive and get their jobs done without standing in queues, I would like to be a woman. And if a dazzling smile is all you need to get a diamond ring, women are in a far better position than men anytime and everytime.

Man and woman should not be distinguished and compared to each other.
Every living thing has two gender by nature.It is necessary to have certain necessary structural differences bet ween them.Other wise both are equal and they should live in symbiotic way.
There are certain things each can do and another can not do.
This is theory of evolution and lets accept it.

i would say a woman. there's really nothing to fight for as a man....and women should be equal to men so if there were more women fighting the less sexist people there would be

it is better to be man bcos they can enjoy and behave freely in the environment than women

i would like to be a woman still...
although it is fun to be guy, more carefree but more social norms to abide, social expectations and responsibilities.
however, being a woman, you get to 'bully' the male species with all the social expectations and norms that they are supposed to fulfill...
