Basically can his ex- girl friend seek chilsupport from me even though she reicieves support from him

No-they are not your children and you have no legal obligation to support them. However if your husband is behind in his support they can seize 1/2 your tax return (his portion) when you file jointly to repay the arrears. Your income should not however be taken into consideration when setting HIS child support.

In some states after you marry him the ex ask to go back to court and have an adjustment for an increase on the extra income , that being yours,, It happened to me,,, but we weren't married just living together, so the judge threw it out...

No. She can get a lien against any property you own jointly, if he owes back child support, but she cannot come after you for the child support.

You do not pay child support, this is not your kid. You have nothing to do with that trouble. Maybe you need to think hard about this relationship, too much baggage I think.

No. She can only seek support from him. Not from you, regardless if you marry him or not.
