It's the order of ascension and right now, it's Prince Charles, Prince William, Prince Harry, then Prince Andrew. Once Wills has a family, his children will take their place in front of Harry and Andrew.

Yes, at the moment Prince Harry (Henry) is in line to the throne after Prince William, and as others have said, it will stay that way until William has any issue.

As of now, William is followed by Harry. But when William has children, Harry will go behind his children whether male or female. Harry's line of succession would then depend on how many children William will have. If William is already King, his 1st born becomes the 1st in line to the throne, then followed by his other legitimate children. for instance, William has 5 children, so Harry will be 6th - in - line to the throne.

Until Wills reproduces it is Harry. Prince William's children will supersede Harry. And a new law will make William's oldest child the next monarch, regardless of sex. Until this law passed a few years back, the sons succeeded in order of age, before any daughters.

Right now, William doesn't have any offspring. If he ever does, then those children would be in front of Harry in the line of succession.

For now it is Harry. After William has kids then it will be the oldest male child.

For Dawn. The law removing Primogeniture has not yet been passed, although I have no doubt that it eventually will be.
