I have gauges, vac pump and gas. Having vac'd unit down to remove moisture - how do I connect the gas bottle so as not to re-introduce air back into system? Do I turn the system onto cooling while filling to get pressure down?

If you have all the stuff you should already know Genius!!I'm not gonna waste my time listing the steps for somebody that either already knows or isn't licensed to work with it in the first place.How did you come across a vac. pump,gauges and a bottle of refrigerant????Hmmmmm.........

Since you do not know how to do it, I have to assume you are not licenced. This makes it illegal for you to do. Fines start at around $10,000.

if it s been done before should be a valve if its not been done then you have to cut and weld one one
