Autozone, said it was from odb code P0436 (Catalyst Temperature Sensor Range/Performance (Bank 2)).
And recommended me buying a new O2 sensor and doing a tune-up. Should I buy new Valve and Head gaskets and do a tune-up, or could it be something else?

Take your vehicle to a qualified auto technician and have it properly diagnosed. Oil burning causes a blue/black smoke, coolant can cause white smoke. It could be a bad head gasket. Its not a cheap repair, but you need to have a correct diagnosis to determine what repairs are required

The white smoke under the hood and out the tail pipe is coolant , and it being over full on oil is coolant in the oil ( not good ) very bad on the bearings , sounds like a blowed head gasket . you need to take it to the pros good luck .

Don't trust an opinion from Auto Zone, there's a reason they aren't working somewhere else. Your problem is more likely to be oil coming into the intake from crankcase ventilation, PCV valve or tube. It could be a head gasket or rings, but I would look at PCV issues first.

my guess is definitely head gasket, and i would not allow the cretins at autozone to work on a pushbike if they couldnt guess that, sorry mate you got work to do, do the head gasket first, and the valves dont have gaskets, but the white smoke is caused by water and if you got oil on the plugs its a head job, i bet you also got water in the oil. sorry pal, regards steve

Year make and model please and how many miles. White smoke can be condensation head gasket or stuck injector. The cat converter is not perforrming well the code will return. If the cat is getting to much fuel or water coolant it is being degraded or overheated. You should not drive until it is fixed cat converters up to four of them on some cars are expensive and make and brand specific.

AutoZone guys are stupid...atleast in this case. A sensor isn't gonna fix this problem. Need compression check at a REAL mechanics shop

Auto zone makes money selling parts, weather you realy need them or not.

You have a bad head gasket.
Not an easy or cheap repair......
