No. Just like when people say "Thusly....." It's frustrating. It is redundant to say "as well" and then too (as well too.....lol!)
Example:
I like it as well too. ( its like saying, I like it like you do like you do.) Correct: I like it too.......Or.... I like it as well. or.....I like it also.
The REAL question is, how do you approach this with your employee? I mean surely this would be hard to do without sounding condescending.....unless you are an editor. Then that would be your job,I guess.My husband had this problem with a fellow employee who kept using "Thusly" in e mails. Good luck!
