There were numerous line-up changes, but the two key ones were Paul Revere (yes, that really was his name) and Mark Lindsay, who was the lead singer. Lindsay also had two hits on his own, one ("Arizona") hitting the top ten.

The members were Mark Lindsay (voclalswho went on to a solo career in the 70's), Freddy Welle(guitar), Keith Allison(bass), Michael Smith(drums) and Paul Revere(keyboards)
They were formed in Boise, Idaho and their first song to appear on the Billboard charts was actually an instrumental, "Like Long Hair"
