I have wondered and have come to the conclusion that the coke gets colder in the glass bottle, as opposed to cans and plastic bottles. Of course, I could just be making things up.

Good question, maybe you should ask the lady that found a dead rat in her can of soda. Or maybe you should hear about the story of the person who died soon after drinking from a can of soda because they failed to clean the top off. It seems from the warehouse to the store a rat urinated on it and the combination of soda and rat urine caused a deadly chemical.
I'll stick to bottle soda's...at least i can see thru the bottle.

they only put the good stuff in the glass bottle.....they have a huge trey under the production line, any syrup that is spilt is collected, mixed with carbonated water and then used to fill the cans and plastic bottles.

I remember hearing about this years ago. But, there is no absolute evidence linking aluminum exposure to Alzheimer's disease.
"Aluminum is suspected of playing a role in Alzheimer's disease, a form of degenerative senile dementia thought to afflict 5-10 percent of all persons over 65. Victims of Alzheimer's have been found to have four times the normal concentration of aluminum in their brain cells."

I know that beer tastes better from a bottle than a can because you can sometimes actually taste the can.
