Well, at least you aren't psychotic.
What you are is a person looking for a reason to avoid feeling the icky bits of life.
If you can actually do that then you may as well not exist. You don't get to feel good if you don't know what it's like to feel bad. Good is nothing without something to compare it to.
You say "So, relax..." but you can't. You can't feel relaxation if you don't feel tension. Guilt is tension. Longing, resentment, desire, grievance... These cause tension. Relaxation is nothing without tension to compare it to.
You and only you are responsible for everything you do, feel, think, act, say, write, etc...You, like it or not, do exist. You prove that you believe you exist simply by claiming that you think you do not exist. You still have a sense of you.
Cogitas ergo es, baby.
If that doesn't work for you then, well, I believe you exist. I don't even need to ever see you. You simply asked a question and I answered.
Cogito ergo es.
I believe I exist because I have a sense of "I."
I'm sure you know the Latin for that.

You are coming into existence every time you want to do anything.... something similar to 'I think, therefore I am'..... only and only if you never want to do anything (meaning whatever happens or not, is unconditionally acceptable to you) that you can negate your existence. Even if I am forced to do something, there is a hidden want I have given myself to, namely, wanting to be influenced by that external force.... in reality therefore, we can not escape responsibility for whatever we do.... on the contrary we are responsible for everything we ever want to do irrespective of whether we could eventually do it or not..... in other words, we are responsible even at the thought level, leave alone at the action level.
Moreover, a total lack of responsibility would only result in a total lack of living as such. Our very act of nurturing, or even destroying, our own life begins only when we feel responsible.

You're going through a rough time right now then?
Yes, YOU change from day to day, but you are YOU none-the-less. Your most basist self is YOU; You is not how you appear to the world or even in some cases to yourself.
Don't lie to yourself and you'll see you ARE. YOU exists.
But also,
You are your impact you leave on the world not the way you live daily.
This is true because you are finite, and even YOU dies leaving only your impact. Whether leave a lasting crater or just burn of in the atmostphere of life is all up to you.

A philosophy designed to eliminate guilt and resentment.
I am typing. I am controlling my fingers. I am using the keyboard. I turned the computer on. I chose this website and I chose to respond.
I think I am responsible for the choices/actions/behaviours that I just made.

I have no idea where you got your information from, but it doesn't describe anyone but yourself. I am well over fifty, and I do look back. I can say that I have accomplished a great deal. I am quite proud of what I did thriughout my life.

The founder of modern philosophy, Rene Descartes, one asked himself the same question: "Do I exist?". His answer was, "Cogito, ergo sum", or "I think, therefore I am."
As long as you have the ability to take in knowledge and process it for yourself, you exist. If you feel guilt, desire, or longing, that only proves your existence.

If i dont exist how can i answer?
And of course you dont exist either so how can you even ask the question?
And why would you bother? If nothing exists then there is no reason for anything.
You prove yourself wrong.

If I were to do something I would have to take responsibility for that action even if it is good or bad. It is my responsibility as a human being to take that burden on to myself and learn from my mistakes.
