i am trying to do the same i love righting. by taking some of the words in a sentence and moving them in diffrent parts of the sentence makes it more interesting. people cant predict what they are going to read. when starting a topic think of something to get attenchion. what i use to do to broaden my vocabulary everyday i would get a dictionary and write down 6 words i didnt know and i could use and how i could use them. i would try to use the words during the day. i know it sounds like seame street but it actually worked for me. plus reading more helps you tow beable to write and read and talk alot better.
