I have a 99 honda accord 2.3 Throwing a scan code of FSS anyone know what this could be?

The car has been in storage and not started in 4 years has 63,000 miles. 2.3 auto. Idle surges when up to temp from 800-2300. IAC is working properly. Something is telling the computer to do this. Scanner reads FSS.

FSS? Fuel System ???

It's probably old gas plugging things up, and not burning well.
