I have a Fenix LD10, a Fenix TK11, and a Fenix PD31. The LD10 is the one that gets the most use, and I like that it takes a single AA battery. It is small, portable, very bright, and has worked very well for the last few years. The TK11 is mounted on a shotgun, and throws a lot of light. Whatever is in the middle of the cone will not survive. It handles the recoil well from the shotgun, and I like the momentary contact switch. The PD31 is new, I just purchased it a few weeks ago. Very bright, and fits into my hand well. Great light for just about any purpose, even though it takes the CR123 batteries. No complaints. I also have a few maglights, and I like them too, especially the mini-mags. I keep one in each car glovebox, and a few more in toolboxes, first aid kits, etc... The LED models are great; they're bright and have a good battery life. They are cheap enough that it is easy to buy a few to stash in places (like the cars) and I've had a few of them more than 10 years. Very reliable. Let's be honest, I'm not stashing a bunch of $70 Fenix flashlights in tool boxes and glove boxes. The mini-mags are great for that purpose, and the Fenix lights I'll carry with me. I'm not a fan of the Surefires. I think they are overpriced compared to what you get, and I haven't been as impressed by the light they throw or the battery life they exhibit when compared to other brands.

6 flashlights - 6 work! Just bought them with the big square batteries for $4.69 a piece. The new ones were cheaper than a new battery!!

I own about 7. All of them work. I have 1 in my tool box, 1 in my truck, 1 in the wife's Suburban, 1 in each of my two nightstands, 1 in the kitchen, and 1 in the bathroom. With some of the thunderstorms we get in Texas, our power goes out alot.
