I am not far from open farm country of the kind that made up America just a few decades ago. But I live 5 minutes from my downtown job. I think this kind of flip-mode capability is appealing. I can do down-town things, or up-country things, as the mood suits.

I live in a town. Not very many people, yet they are very friendly. Here's a list of the great things here (in no particular order):

1) Friendly people
2) You can't go a mile without knowing someone that works there, or lives there, goes to school there, etc.
3)Everbody just loves going out barefoot
4)Fresh air
5)Very relaxing unlike a big city

I live in the appalaichin (i know i spelled that wrong) mts, where the people are nice and friendly, the trees provide good shade and nothins too far away, I live in a town where people are never to busy to stop and say howdy, a town where if someone drops there wallet, and somone else finds it, they will return it to the person that lost it. Basically- I love the people, family, friends, landscape, or in other words-EVERYTHING!

Houston is BORING! I wanna go back to New Orleans. At least I have family and friends there. I miss Bourbon Street, the food, OMG, the food, the bayou near my old home, and everything there takes about 10 minutes to get to. Not 30 like it is here in H-Town.

We are in the heartland of America. Beautiful landscapes, crops in the summer. Rolling hills and meandering rivers. Wildlife refuges and state parks and a short drive to all the benefits and pleasures of the big cities

I live in a historic area of rural PA. We have 4 acres so it's just enough elbow room. And we also have lots of animals and plants and 4 great seasons.

i live in Iowa...i think it's beautiful! people think Iowa is all flat, but there are beautiful hills. So many beautiful trees..farms, small cities. and the people are lovely. i live in Des Moines, and i've never seen a city with so many trees, it's not a big city, but big enough...for entertainment etc, and small enough to not be overrun and have trees and beautiful parks ... close enough to small communities to feel like you can get away if you like...can you tell that i love Iowa?
