Well, if you do not like him back, simply tell him. Yeah it might sting a little bit, but it's better to be upfront and honest rather than it be awkward because you refuse to talk about it. Don't completely refuse all possibilities, but if you're not into that you're not into that.

just be STRAIGHT with him, and dont follow his path, yet be his friend,,
but if its a little difficult for you or slightly tempting even for a split second,,,, Break the friendship,, get out,, or he will entice you into the slimy pit he is already in..
Trust me,,, How many gay or Bi people do you know who dont carry 'baggage'.
be clear that you disagree with his sexual lifestyle, yet you still respect him as your friend,,, when he starts talking about all the filthy guys he likes or etc.. totally change the subject,, you dont need to listen to that crap.
i have friends like this. i love them but Hate what they are doing to their own soul. it upsets me deeply.

Just make it clear that you don't like him but are still his friend. You can either say it point blank (kindly, of course) or you can, as a friend, confide in him that you like someone or that you're not wanting to date right now or something like that. Either way, handle with care and your friendship will sustain the crush.

You don't specify enough on your question. What should you do about what?
It's up to you if you like him, but if you mean should you still be his friend or not; you said it yourself, "I'm his friend." If you are a true friend, then you will accept him no matter who he is.

you can be friends with someone who is bi or totally gay. that doesn't mean you have to get interment with him or her if they ask or even agree to their lifestyle.
