Wouldn't that depend on what one finds sexy?

If blatant appeal, appearance, nudity, etc. is meant, then the opposite to this value would be mousey, dull, unexciting, unattractive or repressed.

If subtler appeal--inward beauty informing outward appeal--is meant, then the opposite to this deeper value would be flat, dull, unappealing, ugly or emotionally sick.
