my system audio device is not working properly the button is grey on volume Control Panel even there is no sounds at all

Go to "control panel", "system", "hardware" and "device manager" and in the audio section see if an error is showing or right click on your audio device and click "update driver" if it doesn't help make a note of your audio device name, number, etc. go to that manufaturer's website and download teh drivers from there.

You probably need the sound driver for your motherboard. Go to the Mobo manufacturers web site and look in either support or downloads. You're looking for the 4 in 1 set or the chip set drivers, depending on how they are listed.
