physics in college. He got my attention first with his smile. Our first date was a party. The details of it are still a little fuzzy to the both of us but we must have hit it off because we are still together 11 years later

i met my current somebody (we've been dating for 2 1/2 years) at the grocery store. he walked by and dropped something in my cart on purpose, came back and said he was "sorry" and started talking to me now that he'd gotten my attention. the first date was right after i got done grocery shopping--we went to his place and he made a spectacular lunch out of his groceries. after we ate and talked, we went to go see a movie. i've loved him ever since.

At a cigar store where my best friend worked. She and her boyfriend set us up to meet each other. (She tricked us, neither of us was too keen on the blind date idea.) Our first date we watched the Labor Day fireworks. We've been together almost 6 years. (and to think that I had to be tricked into meeting him :)

I did - I made a major fool of myself - I told him to call me and he said who are you
our first date was a double date to the fair where he asked me to share a coke and a hamburger and that was 17 years ago.

We met at a social group at my high school. I asked him to go to the senior prom with me, and he said yes. So a week later, he asked me out for real. We went to see Spiderman 3 and have been together ever since. We had a good time at the prom too.

I dated his best friend in HS, met him, then we became best friends for a couple years, and it escalated from there. :)
I don't remember our official first date, cause we already spent all our time together doing everything then it turned into something more than friendship... it's been so long ago.

Tubing on the river. He saw me first and asked me to the movies. Must have been a river of love as we have been married 32 years.

From my sister. She was my sisters boss. Our first "date" was going for drinks and then over to have drinks with my sister and her husband. We were both attracted to each other but didn't think anything would come of it, that was 6 years ago!
