ive just swiched from taking my birth control from about 5 at night to at 9 in the morning, (i will take it at 9:00 every morning) how much more of a chance do i have from getting pregnant from changing this time?, and how long will it take for it to get in my system?

It shouldn't be too bad, you could always use an alternative form of protection for a few weeks just to be on the safe side.

You've got anywhere from 1 chance in a 1000 to 12 chances in 100 of getting pregnant on birth control, depending on where you read about failure rates. I don't think that switching the time you take it will affect your chances of getting pregnant, especially since you're going to be taking the pill 8 hours sooner than you otherwise would have. It's not like you're skipping a day or anything.
If you're worried about it, wait to switch until you start a new pack.

you shoulnt have a problem in getting pregnant. You wont get pregant! It will already be in your system since you were already taking it. The only time you would run into a problem would be if you went right off of it for 3- 4 days then you would run a risk of pregnancy.
No worries just keep taking it daily at that time. (9am)
