I HAVE BOUGHT MY CONTRACT ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND I RECORDED DELIVERY ALL MY MONTHLEY INVOICE BACK TO THE MOBILE COMPANY BUT THEY SAY THAT THEY CAN NOT PAY MY CASH BACK.

They are regulated by the Federal Communication Commission. Go to the federal government web page and file you complaint.
Copy the phone company and you will get satisfaction real fast.

If you look on the website of your mobile phone provider, there should be a section on how to deal with complaints. If not, you can either go to your Trading Standards office or contact the telecoms ombusdman who have a good website with lots of information on how to progress your complaint.

was it with 3 mobile i had same problem i wont be renewing the contract again!!! im still waiting for a reply from them
