I have a new lop top compaq hp but when i put to sleep even if still connected to the oulet. After few hours the pc it shut down by itself i dont' know if is normal but i thinq it got stay on always. because is in sleep mode.

Lol, what is LOP TOP?
It is normal, it is set to automatically save your battery.
Just play around with you settings.

It could be a power saving setting, telling the computer to shut off after a certain amount of time. You may be able to disable this in the Power Settings section of the Control Panel.

turn it off when your done with it
its probably able going in to hibernate mode
