YES! because if it does rain which i don't think it will anyway they will have lots of fun on a nice day and it will give you a break all you have to do it watch them if you don't want to join in yourself which would be fun too if you did!
i don't think it is going to rain today and if it does then its already out for tomorrow if it is nicer!

Yes, treat them- but wear a thick coat and take an umbrella to stop the rain from falling- always works.

Go a head and do it .Then give them a bar of soap. And they can have a shower and a bath at the same time.But you are lucky its been raining all day here in Belfast.X Cindy

Do it quick then before it starts to rain. If you're all already wet when the rain starts it won't really make any difference. lol

Sounds like my umbrella in reverse. It's never seen rain ! It'll be pouring cats and dogs outside but as soon as I step outside with my little black umbrella, the sun breaks through !

I wouldn't. If it will probably rain and they want a paddle, they can always go outside and have a paddle. :)

Just chance it. If it rains, fill the bath up so they can play in there. or call them in and sit by the fire with a warm mug of cocoa.
