i have found places in the states that offer seminars on colour concrete but i cant find somewhere in Toronto?

the seminar in the states ranges from one day to about 4 days They go through how to do it hands on.. I also would be satisfied on getting a training video to teach in detail how the processed ie colour /staining conctete can be down

did you try home depot? they always have some kind of seminar going

if you change your search to the word color rather than colour, you might have better luck.
