usually i have no control over them, and they consist of fragments of the days events. Some are surrealistic some are quite pleasurable and funny, and some are bizzare.Think of serene scenes by a wooded pond with the sun streaming thru the trees and see what you come up with.

What about flying above green and yellow fields, blue coasts and white clouds??? It's really relaxing and I wish you do dream of it. :)
