This is frustrating I started at a lvl 1 and worked my way up to a lvl 3 going onto 4 in a few days, now i'm at square one why? I only asked questions I felt that needed to be answer'd.

That's awful. I know how much I rely on my profile's history to look up certain questions or answers. I thought it might take me another week to get to level 5 (at the rate I go). If that ever happened to me...I would be WICKED pissed.
I know how you must feel. I'm sorry that happened to you. Perhaps you might be able to contact them to find out why?
