Sorrry everyone, I just reread the quesion and for some reason my brain did not see the word time so my answer probably does not make any sense. But I thought that it was pretty funny any way.

if KY is the Cayman Islands then the time difference is : + 7 hours

If KY is Kentucky USA then the time difference is: +6 hours
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converted.html?month=6&day=2&year=2007&hour=0&min=0&sec=0&p1=413&p2=269
so if you are in KY add the respective hours on to your time to get the SA time.
if you are in SA you need to minus the respective hours to get the time in KY
