Being bored and sad run an intersecting impasse for me in that I*ll turn to Y.A., work crossword puzzles, sew projects for other people, take a walk, etc...
When I*m happy....everyone knows it...I call family and friends, write letters, listen to the radio, go shopping or out to eat, and even spend some time here on Y>A>

When I'm bored, I open my computer and log in to Yahoo answers. I get busy answering questions that by the time I realize I've been bored, it'll be lunchtime or dinnertime. And when I'm sad, I play with my 14- month old grandson and that takes my sadness away. And, of course, when I'm happy, I share my happiness with everyone: my family, my neighbors, my friends. I am overjoyed to see them being happy for me,too.

When I am bored I do cross word puzzles or play computer games, when I am sad I cry or go real silent and when I am happy I jam out to my music and become one with the beat.

When Im bored: I waste time on the internet, on the phone, or whatever... try to find something to do.
Whe Im sad: I cry.. write poetry.. lock myself in my room.. listen to music.. go to sleep etc..
When I'm happy: I sing!!! I smile a lot.. and I try to spread the cheer :)

I play games when I'm bored; it explains why I'm Level 5. Sadness makes me withdraw into prolonged studies and
precludes pc usage. Happyness is a solitary outing at sea
or in speleology where the edge of the envelope is close.
