My Linksys BEFSR41 v 4.2 constantly gives me "Network Cable Unplugged" Message?

Question

When ever I start to download a large file I will get Network Cable Unplugged messages constantly even if I cancel the download.

This is a very big problem any help would be respected.

Well I would reload the firmware to see if it makes a difference.
The current version is 2.00.1 if you dont have that one then go to linksys download it and install.

You might also have a network adapter problem within your computer. I have seen drivers inside the computer generate this type of error. Try bypassing the router and see if problem still exists.
