Since we don't have any good information feng shui speaking on your house. I will play safe feng shui and it's about the 5 elements. I will not put water in the south clash of fire and water and also a fire pit in the west is clashing of elements fire against metal.

I do have a fire pit but I have it set up so I can fill it in when I wont be using it. I also have a mulch pit so I use any extra dirt to fill in from there.
