All plants are easy, you just need to know what they want, and require.(light, and moisture levels, nutrient needs, and what pest are common to them.)
The best thing to do is to stay on a regular watering cycle with them. I like to do mine every Sunday. Start off with a cup, or two of water, after a week has gone by check the soil. Is it wet or dry. Increase, or decrease your water accordingly. Rotate the plant a 1/4 turn each week, and remove any unsightly leafs.
Dust will collect on your leafs over time. There are several ways to dust your plants. Use a feather duster weekly on them, or a soft cloth(take your hand, and put it under the leaf. Softly wipe the top of the leaf with the cloth. This is time consuming, but it keeps the leafs in their natural shine.Do this once a month or so.) Or you can take them to a shady area outside and rinse the with the hose.
This site should help you.

Plants that I found easy to grow are Peace lily and spider plant. Both are not to fussy on the amount of light they get. Mine are in a west window and are doing excellent.

very just about any thick-leaved plant demands little care, in simple terms save them out of direct solar. Jades, cactii (properly, they like solar) maximum ivies or maybe spider vegetation are fantastically basic to advance.

the easiest I've found (this means I didn't kill them) are wandering jew, swedish ivy and spider plants. I had them for years and started many, many new ones for friends.
