This is real funny...about a year ago (in my crazy drinkin days before I met my b/f) I went to the local hole in the wall bar with my friend James. I was havin a horrible day... I consumed a $hit load of bud light and did multiple shots of jegermeister. I guess I was just too much to handle at 5:00 in the evening so they told me to go home...that didnt settle too well with me. As James was draggin me out I dropped my droors and told them they could all kiss my a$$. Thank god I live in a small town where you know everyone and I just sat in the cruiser and got lectured and taken home. I guess I didnt really get arrested, but pretty darn close!

I was drinking and driving.
Some girl pulled out in front of me and flipped me off.
She then sat at an intersection and wouldn't move and gave me the 'finger' again.
I drove around her and slammed into her car on purpose.
I totaled her car and my car.
I wasn't charged with assault because I said I was just trying to pass her.
They did cite me for OVI, which is a lesser offense than DUI because I refused to blow in the breathalyzer.
I lost my license for one year and spent three days in jail.
Had I blown and been proven drunk, they would have thrown the book at me.
It's funny how if you cooperate, they hang you.
Also, I do not have to carry special insurance (SR22 Bond) as I would with a DUI.
I bet she thinks twice before giving someone the finger next time.

I wasn't arrested handcuff wise but I did get into some trouble with the goverment and they said I was "arrested"

I've never been arrested - unless I've forgotten something. I've lived a very boring 30 years in that respect.

i was told i was about to face 20 years for breaking and entering, i don't remember being arrested, but i didi wake up in jail! THAT WAS VERY ******' SCARY i was only 19
