Dont try it. It could be done with an inverter of sufficient power but it would flatten the battery even with the engine running

It's possible to run all manner of power tools from an inverter. It will draw a lot of juice from your starting and car running system, so do what everyone else does. You have a separate battery/batteries and charging system. It'll set you back a bit, depending on the inverter you buy, but it'd do the job. This is very possible, it's used for over landing, where space is paramount, but a generator may possibly be the cheaper option. If you just try plugging it into the 12v system, it won't work. Not enough volts. I'll have a bacon buttie when you get it done!!

You need an Inverter that inverts your car battery voltage to your mains supply voltage. The inverter should have a power capacity to match the power requirement of the appliance you want to run.

you could run that thing off your battery by using an inverter. indeed you will need a deep cycle battery. however, in this case a generator would serve you best. Happy Cooking.

Grill probably draws 4 amps at 230 volts, so the invertor you would need would draw about 80 amps at 12 volts. Not really a practical proposition.

OOh heat appliance!!! 12 volt battery!!!! me thinks you'll need a health battery for that one.
I would guess this is impossible, you'll need a generator to drive such a thing
