Good ol 93 octane rich creamy thick WHOLE MILK. I don't care how many calories, fat, trans fat, carbs, calories from fat, or any of the other reasons they make 2% and 1% and skim milk. I want whole milk. It just tastes better.

Skim Milk. Very Good For You, and honestly taste as good as the rest to me. Just started using it 2 months ago. Also changed to low fat foods. (dr's order) Lost 7 lbs. so far. I Like that. (smile)

Skim is preferred. 2% in emergencies, or mixed with Kahlua. Whole only in tea or coffee. Buttermilk never--it make me gag.
