Love becomes more real as we place more of a spiritual meaning to it. Otherwise, it is just a set of feelings, i.e. chemicals in the brain.

Love becomes more real when we tell our beloved that "we were made for each other" (implies that God created us for that purpose). "Match made in heaven." (same thing).

When we say that love is "from the heart" instead of "from the brain", we imply a spiritual realm.

We can't be consistent materialists (atheists, agnostics, etc) and also move toward real love. A consistent materialist must consider love to be in the same category as a drug addiction.

Nobody is perfect. The question is, whether or not you're perfect for each other.

Little idiosyncrasies that only I know about. Those made her my wife, my love. And she had the goods on me too. Little things I do out of habit. People call these things imperfections. It's just who we are. And we get to choose who we're going to let into our weird little worlds.

To have someone like that in your life is what love is.

Love is a bonding that two people share..it comes with mutual understanding, respect, and other different feelings..

Yes..it can but you have either got to be too lucky or too unlucky to experience it..If love wouldnt have become life..people wouldnt be doing countless stupid things that they do for love today..

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails.

"Now think whether love is life giving or not"

Love is life.*

If two doesn't love each other, there is no generation further.
If there is no love with nature, there is no source to live.
If there is no love with fellow human beings and other animals, there is no point in living.

Love leads to the eternal wisdom. Without love, there is no entertainment, wisdom, eternity, knowledge, etc.,
