could it be disease?
could it be certain foods i'm eating?
could it be the immense ammount of excercise i had last month?
could it be the ammount of water i did or did not have last month?

Yes it could be related to:

Certain things you eat
The amount of exercise you are doing
Disease
and another one that can also interfere with periods is: stress

The only way to know for sure is to see your dr to have them evaluate the situation to see what they think is going on.

This could be for a numerous amount of reasons. Yes its true, every woman's body is different. So different things can happen at different time of the year, season, or life change.
It could be a hormonal imbalance
It could be stress related
It could be pregnancy
You might need a D&C to clean out your cervic
the best things is to go to the doctor and get a pap smear.
You body changes so anything could be throwing it off.

and trust me I know of these things I hadnt had one for a whole year at one time. And It was hormonal and my weight fluctuation.

It could be excessive exercise or just one of those things as long as you are not thinking of a pregnancy. A delayed period can happen many times in a life time. Relax

I agree with the answers above.
It could b due to extended exercise and nutrition.
But, it couldn't b due to disease or amount of water u had.
The most likely case is stress or pregnancy.
Pls visit a doctor!

In order of likelyhood from most to least:

* Pregnancy (if you are sexually active).
* The exercise (what is your BMI? Too low drys up periods)
* Chronic dehydration (getting your half-gallon in every day?)
* Something you ate (essentially zero)
