Illegal sex affairs - is it correct or not?

Any thing which is illegal how it can be correct? What actually is illegal sex affair? Any sex affair can not be illegal unless it has been specifically forbidden by law or their exist a punishment for it. The only sex affairs which comes under this category are sex affairs with an married lady which amounts to Adultery punishable under section 497 (here the married lady is not guilty as an abettor) of the Indian Penal Code , sex affairs with a prostitute punishable under the various provisions of THE IMMORAL TRAFFIC (PREVENTION) ACT 1956 , forcing any lady for sex without her consent amounting to rape punishable under section 376 of IPC, indulging in unnatural sex with a lady, man or animal, punishable under section 377 of IPC, marrying during the lifetime of a spouse punishable under section 494 of IPC, Cohabitation caused by a man deceitfully inducing a belief of lawful marriage punishable under section 493 of IPC. These are the cases where sex affairs can be said to be illegal, punishable offence & hence incorrect. Now out of these or other then these which sex affairs you are looking forward to see if they are illegal or incorrect?

When I was newly married and after being single for so long, I discovered something, I was selfish. Because I was selfish, when we'd argue, it sometimes became nasty and she'd start to cry. For a reason that I didn't understand then, but do now, she looked like the Heavens had turned dark and it would ran nothing but sadness. I would feel like such a heel, an absolute ***!! And this would happen for a reason, God touched my Heart and was making me understand how much I was hurting her feelings. I would apologize to her with passion!! I saw that my ability to deal with her and the problem at the same time, was at fault, so.....being that I Love her without question, I knew I must change. And change I did.
Do you see the point here??? Love is one sided!!! True Love is a picture of her and your not in it!! You are busy focusing on her, her needs, Her hopes and dreams. And your heart sings to do so!!
So......now, to answer your question. How would she react to knowing every little detail of your affair with someone else?? Will you see her disgrace?? Will you see her anger?? Will you see her shattered dreams?? Will you see the Heavens open up and rain as your relationship dies??
And to think, all YOU wanted was a differant piece of ***!! DO you trully think it's all worth that??

There is nothing like correct or incorrect or right or wrong in this world. It is all relative. An incorrect thing for one individual might be ok with someone else. Hence this so called illegal sex affairs are also dependent on individuals. If both of them agrres then it might be right for them but for others (who might not be having such opportunity) it may be wrong.

No never heard of this term before.Sex affairs in marriages Should be illegal,Just like smoking pot should be legal. But it's not .So; Hey who am I to say.

is there a defination of legal or illegal sex. Sex is sex. If both partners are having sex with mutual understanding there is nothing illegal about it. It will be a pity if we have to frame rules for having sex. Of course at times sex can be said to be immoral. For example a wedded partner having sex with someone else other than their legally wedded partner. Here also we should take into account why this happened.
There is no hard and fast rule regarding having sex. In many countries what we think is allegal is legal there for example prostitution is illigal in India where as it is legal in Germany and in so many ather countries.
so, if both partners are having sex with mutual conscent it is very much legal even if one of them is asking for money and there is nothing wrong or illegal about it. After all it is by mutual conscent you agreed to pay for having fun.

LOL....there is no such thing as an "illegal" affair. Too bad it isn't illegal...my ex-wife, who cheated on me, would have been in jail for sure, lol!
The only things that are illegal in the U.S.:
-having more than one wife. This is called bigamy in the U.S., not polygamy, and is a crime.
-getting caught paying for sex. This is called prostitution and is a crime.
-getting caught offering money for sex. This is a crime.
-getting caught having any type of sexual relations with a minor.
- forcing a person to perform sexual acts; this is called rape.
As for the rest of it...cheating on your spouse, cheating on your boyfriend/girlfriend, fooling around with your sister-in-law, brother-in-law, etc., there is no law against it.
