yes i do. what makes me feel better is, for some odd reason, crying. before, i tried writing my feelings onto a piece of paper, which made me feel a lot better, but then somehow my dad would always find it and try reading it, and then my mum and older sister would read it, so i don't do that anymore. so yeah. i'd just go to bed and cry. i had a little cry yesterday as i was trying to explain something to a friend online, which actually helped as it made me realise how upset i was about it, and i got to move on with the day like nothing happened. and today i was helping out my grandparents and had decided to play with my cousin for a bit, and he went against what i told him. we were playing with this ball, and i kept telling him not to kick it too high or throw the ball as it could potentially have gone next door and the next door neighbour wasnt there, but he wouldnt listen to me and did it anyway, so i told him that the point wasnt to be included because he had kicked one too high that it nearly went next door, and he cried hysterically because he didnt get his own way. he kept making it into an argument, and because he's only little, a 6 year old, everyone there pointed the finger at me as the person to blame. i was really upset about that as they didnt even know what had happened, and i just locked myself in the toilet and stayed in there crying for a little while. i couldnt face going back out there and being judged by them yet again. that one incident gave me a bad day, but it's just one of many bad days i have had in my life, as well as a constant reminder how my family treats me. there have been days where crying hasnt really worked as i didnt have enough time to cry (a few nights, i have tried to cry myself to sleep when my mum has told me off about it and yelled/ordered at me to stop crying, but in those situations, that really doesnt stop me from crying. just makes it worse that my mum would want to take crying away from me like that. the alternative to that is waiting til the morning and chat to someone about it).

Boy, it truly is complicated to answer. I even have had an incredible sort of worst days ever, as for my appropriate days ever it truly is easy. I had 3 appropriate days, those are the days my daughters have been born. My worst days ever, enable me run down this record. A broken hip, I shot myself My dad died My mom died 3 seperate strokes The day i found out my oldest daughter replaced into raped by utilising her mothers boyfriend on the same time as her mom watched. The day I stored 21 human beings from crashing right into a semi truck head on, on a greyhound bus trip

Yes I have bad days all the time. If they are SUPER bad I have a good cry and watch something funny on TV or listen to upbeat music. I get over it after a while.

Of course, everyone has really bad days sometimes. What makes me feel better is my writing, or listening to music.

You'd better ask " Do you ever have good days???"
In fact, I can tell you that I had only few good days, but all of the sudden, they turn into bad before they end. I am not pessimistic but it is the hurting truth ):

Yes,sometimes I had bad hair days. Not all days are cheerful & jolly. But for me if one day I didn't expect it to be this way, I just said to myself at least I'm glad I'm alive & well with my own family.Guess what? I always watch my pet gouldians in their cage, their chirping & bird noise cheer me up as well as my flowery gardens'' blooms'" make me forget the bad days..
