Contact Vision Australia and ask if they have plans to implement 5 aside soccer for the visually impaired.

I have no heard of such a plan, but that does not mean its not in the pipeline.

You could also contact soccer sporting bodies and see if they have any soccer clubs that do run games for the visually impaired.
