i signed for a loan which has not yet been transfered into my account.what are my rights to cancel as i signed on thier premises

you can cancel within 7 days and the literature you were given must, by law, tell you this

If in UK there is generally a 14 day cooling off period...if still within the 14days tell them you wish to cancel the loan...request will have to be in writing...check the small print.

I think you are entitled to cancel within 14 days - regardless of how or where you signed.

you can cancel within 7 days of agreeing to it. However, it must be recieved by them in that time and in writing. i suggest you write and cancel and also do it verbally to ensure no errors.

If you went to them, there is no 'cooling off' period. If they came to your home, it varies according to where you are. You can probably get out of the loan for a minimal fee if you contact them immediately.

the paperwork you should have been given will advise you of the number of days you have to cancel/change your mind, it is usually 7-14 days.

yes there is a cooling off period but as well as telling the company advise your bank as they can refuse payment on your behalf.
