Wolfie is part of the Neo-con movement and has been part of every GOP administration since Nixon.
.
When George Bush wanted to run for president, he was interviewed by George Schultz, and other Reganites in California.
The Reganites decided Bush had the face that could win and set about training him for office. Since he knew little, if anything about the world Schultz had Condi Rice, Wolfie, and Ron Pearl give him briefings.
.
George Bush is in fact, a puppet of the Neo-con activists, with Dick Cheney, a long time member in good standing, being his nanny.
It was like before when Bush ran for Congress: his friends had to first dry him out, shove a bible down his throat and make him look respectable.
