Last week I slept with the window open and I am having a cold now. Though I asked the same question here but couldn't get to the point. I have been having cold for three days and my vaginal discharge is bloody for two days. It is not a period. My period vas over 2 weeks ago. Is it connected to the cold? Is there anyone who experienced such a thing?

You don't say what age you are but it IS possible to have irregular periods either when they first begin or as they are winding down (peri-menopausal) and in fact I used to get periods every two weeks for months at a time - i was diagnosed with a hormonal problem but hopefully there will be nothing like this causing your problem. It IS possible for you to have breakthrough bleeding when your body is under stress, as in a heavy cold. If I were you I would just disregard it for now but if it happens again, see your doc for a pelvic examination.

Yes, it's possible that this could be connected to the cold because of the stress your body is undergoing right now by dealing with the cold. Of course the only way to know for sure is to have this evaluated by your dr to see what they think is going on.

Its your period. You just happen to have got it early.

Nothing to do with the window being open.

You just happened to get your cold and your period around the same time.

(BTW you can add to details in your original question so people over there know when your last period was).
