Well, I really have no problems staying asleep, but I do have problems going to sleep at the same time every night.

I can go to sleep one night at 9:00 pm and the next night I could fall to sleep at 3:00 am and not be able to go back to sleep at 9:00 pm.I want to be able to go to sleep at the same time every night.I know it's possible because I did it everyday while in public school.Now I am in Private school so I don't need to worry about that stuff, but it still makes me miss a lot of sunlight.Any tips on this one?

The best way to regualate sleep is to GET UP at the same time everyday....even days off and no matter what time you go to bed. Eventually, your body clock should adjust and you'll be able to go to sleep around the same time, too.
