I had silicone implants done 30 years ago and never had a bit of trouble and still haven't. I love my boobs and have never for one minute regretted getting them.
My daughter had hers done 4 years ago, (interestingly by the same doctor who did mine) and had the saline done. She is quite happy with the results, although she wishes she had gone larger, but they are really gorgeous, and I told her she would never regret it and she hasn't.
Mine are totally under the muscle wall of my chest, which I think is more secure and durable. I breast fed my last baby with no problems due to the mammoplasty, but I found the activity boring, painful, and overrated. My daughter's are not under the muscles, but she is happy with hers and I don't know that much about her technique, so can't comment.
I recommend silicone. There might have been problems for some; there always is that chance for any medical procedure, however I think most of it (back in the 90s) was press hype and some people seeking attention and money. I wouldn't have minded the money, but discovered that you had to want your implants removed and I would never give them up.
Go for it! You'll never regret it!
P.S. I just read some of the comments telling you not to do it. No one but the truly flatchested can know how wonderful it is to have large breasts and cleavage for the first time in their lives; and it is wonderful. Don't believe garbage about men not caring or noticing; they do both, and believe me, I know!
As far as long term health effects, well, I've had mine for 30 years and never a leak, a disfigurement, nor any problem and I think 30 years is pretty long term. If they last another 20 years I'll be dead and won't care what they do.
Contrary to anyone implying that plastic surgeons are misleading or using hardsell tactics, reputable ones are not. My plastic surgeon had me wait a month and talked a lot about why I was doing it before he did the procedure. I told him I was doing it for me, to make myself feel better and more attractive and that's true. I am no longer with the husband I had then, but I still have the boobs and I still feel better and more attractive. (Except for the wrinkles, but I don't think I can blame those on the boob job, 'cause they're on my face)

Hi Sweetie, Sorry, there's really nothing you can do. No foods, creams, lotions, pills, exercises, massage, those things are all useless. If any of them worked, wouldn't all the breast implant surgeons be out of work? You're still young, and your breasts may grow a little, a lot, or not at all. But the fact is, it truly doesn't matter when it comes to attracting guys. The main difference between you and me is that I have tons of self-confidence, and you don't. I'm flat as the proverbial pancake, yet because I believe in myself, I'm also hot as a firecracker! I do understand your anxiety, but trust me, small boobies are the best. Yeah, there are some knuckle-dragging, mouth-breathing Neanderthals who are only into huge hooters. And most of them are virgins! Any guy who has actually ever been close to a woman knows that boobs are boobs, and most men love all breasts, regardless how big or small they are I'm a 37 year old woman and I wear a 34A bra, and you know what? My small breasts are possibly my best feature. I wear tops that accentuate how small they are, and I take pride in them. They're perfectly proportioned to my petite figure, and I wouldn't change them for the world. If I go to the beach, I wear a bikini that shows exactly how small my breasts are. I walk with confidence, meet people's eyes, and smile a lot. And you know what people see? They see a red-hot sexy 37 year old woman with small breasts. I know that's what people think, because of the smiles and other reactions I get. And you know what else? If I go to a club or a party, I have no trouble attracting guys. It's a myth that all guys want big boobs. What guys do like is self-confidence. I don't try to make mine look bigger, I celebrate what I have, and guys like that. As an experiment, try wearing a tight top some time, one that screams "I have small breasts, and I'm proud of them." I think you'll be surprised by the positive reactions you get. Take pride in what you have, project self-confidence, and lots of guys will be after you!

Neither.... really, period, end-of-story...
DON'T do it!!! You are setting yourself up for problems down the road. EVERY form of implant leads to long-term problems that can have a very negative impact on your overall health.
Don't let the cosmetic surgeons fool you about newer and safer products. I have spent 20 years researching every known enhancement method and NONE are proven safe.
If you're considering enhancement to become more appealing to men, you should know that most men don't have a breast fixation, we have a nipple fixation. A stiff bump on an open plain beats a flat top on a huge mountain ANY day!
Don't do it!!!!!!!
Best wishes,

Silicone - much more natural, and less chance of rupture than saline.

Neither.
Guys LOVE "just a handful" give or take.
Guys DON'T like to fondle implants.
I know a lot of guys who would LOVE your size.
Please don't get them for a guy, or because you are teased.

neither, be happy with what you have, more than a handful is way to much anyway, stay natural and don't worry about side effects.
