To be quite honest, only those who were either born of the German nationality OR those whom were of the "Arian" race. By definition, Hitler's that is, Arian's are all those Anglo-Saxon people whom are fair skinned, blue eyed, and have very blond hair. In his book, "Mein Kauf"(My Struggle which was written whilst in prison), Hitler basically wrote down exactly what he would do to the whole world in the way of genocide. Starting with the Jews. This doctrine was to then be followed by the systematic death of all other races including Gypsies, Homosexuals, Africans, etcetera, etcetera. Yet a more direct answer to your question is ALL the groups you listed. And yes, dispite the fact that the German army and related branches had thousands of "Christians" in their ranks and files, they would have eventually attempted to destroy all christian-based religions at all costs.

It wasn't just the Jews, there were also the Slavs, Roma (Gypsies), the mentally ill and those not fitting the idea of the Aryan Master Race.
