Huzefa,
An internal card reader is one that is installed in the computer 'box'.
A media card reader (external) sits on your computer desk near the computer and connects with a USB cable.
Internal parts are generally a little less expensive, but have to be installed. External cost a little more but plug in with a USB cable.
I think I've seen them in the $20 dollar range.
They're small and they're used to read the memory cards in cameras or other memory devices (SD cards generally, although there are other types of memory cards). In other words, you put the card in the camera (or other device) and when you want the pictures (or whatever) on your computer you take the memory card from the camera (or device) and put it in the card reader. Then from the card reader the data can be sent to the computer.

An internal memory card reader reads memory cards like the one in your digital camera. Most of them read numerous types of cards all in one little device. They are internal because they are mounted inside your computer with only the slots on the outside to insert your card. Some prices are in sources below.

An internal memory card reader is a drive that has input slot(s) for one or more memory card(s). There are also many different types of external USB carder readers. You can search for either of these at http://newegg.com http://froogle.com or http://shopping.yahoo.com
I imagine that these items are priced in the $35-$45 range. Good luck

Why do you need an Internal one? Just get an external one... you can find them as cheap as 12 bucks at radioshack.
