This is the advise I give to everyone on Q&A who suffer from depression.
Love is the only thing you have to give away to have. Keep it to yourself it dries up.
Living your life for others becomes your life.
volunteer, read for the blind. Help with seniors, candy stripe, big brother or sister.
There are so many gaps to fill. There is enough evil in the world. In the words of a great teacher.
"If you did it not to the least of these , you did it not to me."

I think in the total opposite side. I tried to live for others and it was extremely vain, now I'm happy single working to have my own money to enjoy all alone cause it's ridicules to live and consume my self for others.

Disagree.
To live for oneself is the only way to discover happiness. If you want to give to others then that is wonderful, but to live for others? That is a waste of your life. True happiness comes from growth and self awareness, for what good are we to anyone if we ourselves are not happy and do not know ourselves. I say, live your life for you and inspire others to live their lives for them and then give to others as long as it never sacrifices your own soul.
