You can't copyright from other websites. You need to modify it a little or face being sued in court. To get into business you will need to register your website as a business entity.

Don't do it. Dating services are not a good way to make money in my opinion, and are sort of like being a pimp.
Every time I see something about "e-Harmony," I get sick.
