CPU frequency is fsb multiplied by the CPU multiplier. Hi speed Intel processors usually have a quad pumped fsb. It is easy to quickly extract these info w/ CPUZ:

No. The FSB,(Front Side Bus connects the cpu to the Northbridge chip), is multiplied by a clock multiplier in the cpu. For example Intel cpu's have 4 clock multiplier, so if you have a 200MHz FSB, you'll have an 800MHz cpu speed. (Doesn't refer to the 'new' Intel dual core cpu's)
